News: Nintendo Doesn't Reach Its Goal

Despite fabulous sales statistics recently coming from overseas, thanks to the release of titles such as Metroid and Zelda, Nintendo has sold about 5.6 million units this business year, which will end this March. The original goal of selling 10 million unit is very far off.

Nonetheless, sales for the Game Boy Advance were higher than expected. The company sold 15.7 million units. So as you can see, the money is still flowing in for Nintendo thanks to its handheld console.
