It seems that retailers are more then eager to sell the Nintendo DS, with some already putting the product on their website.

A few websites have begun putting the Nintendo DS and games up on their website for pre-order. However as no official dates or prices have been announced there are many guesses.

EB Games, the US equivalent of GAME, have the Nintendo DS listed as being $199.99, which equals �114 or �170. They also have a few games on pre-order, with an expected price of $50 (�29/�42).

Lik Sang however have it listed for $0, which presumably means it is pre-order only and they do not wish to guess the price. To see their Nintendo DS listings, including games, click on this link.

GameStation, a company a little closer to home, also has it listed. Rather then any buying information they simply have a page dedicated to the Nintendo DS. They also have a few games listed but have decided not to guess a price.

Interestingly the sites also give a date. EB Games state the Nintendo DS will launch in America on the 29th of November, Lik Sang have a more vague Q4 2004 and GameStation are stating that the games will come out on March 1st 2005.

This is all guesswork on the sites behalf at the moment but it is interesting to see what they think. Hopefully Nintendo will provide us with concrete, and a pre-Christmas European launch date, details soon.
