The Wall Street Journal has reported that Nintendo have broken European Union antitrust laws and will be fined. Nintendo have allegedly carved up the European market for hardware and software, keeping prices high, by blocking the sales from one country to another. An announcement is expected soon, possibly as early as next Wednesday.
