Posted 28 Jul 2005 at 15:55 by Tom Phillips
Nintendo are on the road, and are bringing a mix of gaming and music to a slew of places across the USA. Playable Twilight Princess demo, anyone?
"We're giving both music and video game fans an incredible fusion of entertainment," said George Harrison, top dogsbody at Nintendo of America.
Like a portable E3 but for the public, gamers will get a chance to try out the new Zelda, the Gameboy Micro and plenty of other new Cube and DS titles.
The tour will be headlined by Fall Out Boy, with support from bands The Starting Line, Motion City Soundtrack, Boys Night Out, and Panic! At The Disco.
"We've been fans of Nintendo since the days of Excitebike and Kid Icarus. While they check the bands out, they also get the chance to check out some new video games. Besides, we have all always been video game nerds anyway." said Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy.
