With the Xbox recently being cut to �130 in the UK and similar price cuts across Europe Nintendo of America have spoke about the matter.

"It is not in our plans. We have historically not led price cuts," George Harrison, a senior vice president with Nintendo of America, told Reuters. "There is always pressure built up before E3 .... We will have to see as we get there."

Nintendo seem to want to take a wait and see tactic, but Nintendo of Europe have not spoke on the matter as of yet.
