News: Nintendo Sue Nyko Over Nunchuk

Nintendo are suing Nyko due to alleged infringements on the wireless Kama Nunchuk.
Nyko released their Kama Nunchuk earlier this year, a wireless solution for Wii owners who found that they would often whip themselves in the face with their Nunchuk cable during a heated game of Wii Boxing (just like Indiana Jones). Despite complaints of poor battery life, the Nunchuk was very well received in America (it's yet to see a European release).
Nintendo clearly weren't impressed by this, however. The serial money-printers claim that the Kama Nunchuk infringes several patents and trademarks of their own Nunchuk, and that it "wholly appropriates the novel shape, design, overall appearance and even the color and materials used in the Nintendo Nunchuk controller".
Nyko have also issued a response to the impending lawsuit: "We have not knowingly violated anyone's intellectual property and we're still examining this."
Reggie, release the hounds.
