Nintendo has teamed up with The Cloud to offer 3DS owners the chance to use 5,000 Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK.
Nintendo 3DS owners in the UK who enjoy taking their console on the go will be able to access 5,000 Wi-Fi hotspots in a number of leisure outlets and eateries thanks to a new deal with The Cloud. The deal sees Nintendo team up with The Cloud to offer free Wi-Fi so that users can browse the web or access the eShop while out and about.
In addition to this users will have access to SpotPass so anyone without a Wi-Fi connection at home will be able to take advantage of all the 3DS has to offer. Popular restaurants such as Pizza Express, Giraffe and Pret a Manger all offer free Wi-Fi with this service so to find your local hotspot head on over to The Cloud's website. Speaking of the deal Dawn Paine, Marketing Director at Nintendo UK, said:
"Nintendo 3DS continues to evolve and add new features all the time. The Cloud partnership represents another exciting step that will continue to expand its appeal and encourage owners to take their Nintendo 3DS systems with them wherever they go, offering different and unique experiences everyday."
