Rumour has it that Nintendo are to talk Nintendo DS sometime later this month in Japan.

A number of Japanese gaming sites have been circulating and reporting the rumour that Nintendo is to hold an "Explanatory Meeting" regarding its' new product, which is assumed to be the Nintendo DS.

The meeting is alledgedly taking place in Osaka, Japan, around the 12th of February. Other meetings are expected to be held in Fukuoka (have I spelled that right?) and Tokyo.

Details on the supposed meetings -just like details on the DS, are sketchy and no-one has been named as attending these meetings or what is to be discussed exactly. We would hope that with few third-party publishers having officially committed to the machine that this is an opportunity for Nintendo to court them for their support. More news on this when we have it.
