Nintendo says it is doing all it can to remedy stock shortages of Xenoblade Chronicles in the UK...
A spokesperson for Nintendo UK has said that the company is working to satisfy the unanticipated demand for the Wii RPG Xenoblade Chronicles.
The game launched in Europe last month, but after a sudden flurry of interest from gamers shortly before release, virtually all major online retailers ran dry of stock within a couple of weeks.
"We are doing everything we can to get more stock of Xenoblade Chronicles into UK shops this autumn. We know how frustrating stock shortages can be for people, and we are disappointed when even one customer cannot get hold of one of our products."
Indeed, it seems the only method to get one's hands on a new copy of the game is to brave the comparatively extortionately-priced High Street.
