News: No More Details

Some new details for No More Heroes have arisen. Check them out...

Some scans from Japanese magazine Famitsu has revealed some new details on Suda51's upcoming Wii project No More Heroes.

A young girl by the name of Holly Summers has been introduced into the game, Holly is at number 6 on the UAA's (United Assassins Association) list of top Assassins. The rather odd thing about this character is that she has a missile as her left leg.

The sword duels and wrestling moves in the game will make use of the Wii Remote and Nunchuck. Suda himself mentioned that thinking of the Wii controls was more difficult than he originally imagined.

The story itself, unlike Suda's last project Killer7 will be simple, even the main character, Travis, will have a simple personality. Suda wanted to make the story the opposite to that of Killer7 - bar the need for massive amounts of gore. That still remains.

In No More Heroes, Travis' goal is to get to number 1 on the UAA's list (he's currently at number 11) not by making himself a better assassin, but by assassinating all those above him. Only 3 of the 13 main characters have been revealed, but we may see the return of a familiar character...
