... Not for Nintendo anyway. EA's approved list of consoles for the title has omitted the Wii, GameCube and DS.

The news comes from a recent press release by the company, which announces Alexander Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals as the title's cover athlete for NHL 07, but only reveals the title will be launched on PlayStation 2, PSP, Xbox, Xbox 360 and PC.

The yearly NHL franchise has always been released on Nintendo systems, so this news is a little bit odd. We just hope EA are spending their time on other projects for the Wii and DS instead.
