Nintendo will not be hosting Space World this year, contrary to what people have been guessing, but are planning to showcase the DS to the Japanese public.

The Japanese magazine 'Nintendo Dream' has confirmed that Nintendo are not hosting the event show Space World this year. Like the last few years they decided to take to the streets.

Nintendo are still not planning to attend the Tokyo Games Show this year either.

However Nintendo are planning on touring Japan to let gamers play the Nintendo DS, not a bad idea at all. More details are not known at the moment.
