Even though Miyamoto has said that the spice (=orange) version would be released in Europe, Nintendo now says that they're 'not sure yet if we'll see a spice version in Europe. We still have to decide on this. It's not unlikely that new colours will come out in Europe, but it's not certain that this will include a spice one.'

So, we'll just have to wait I guess. If you can't wait to get a spice Cube, you can of course still import it through Lan Kwei. However, that one will only play Japanese and US games, and not PAL games.
