Capcom have confirmed that Street Fighter IV won't be heading to the Wii or DS... for now.

It's a sad day for Street Fighter fans who own Nintendo's consoles, as Capcom have officially announced that Street Fighter IV will initially only be heading to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Capcom would be mad to completely ignore the two most successful consoles on the market, so a different veresion for the Wii and/or DS wouldn't be completely out of the question.

Or maybe us Nintendo fans will have to make do with Capcom's neverending slew of Street Fighter II re-releases on the Virtual Console?
