News: Old Sega IPs Returning On 3DS

While reconfirming that Super Monkey Ball 3DS will be a launch title, this didn't stop Sega from teasing a few more games for the system...

In an interview with the latest edition of Game Informer magazine, Alan Pritchard from Sega gave some numbers on the titles in development for the 3DS, while stating that Super Monkey Ball 3DS is still set for being a launch title next year.

While talking about what is set to arrive over the next year, Alan said that along with waiting for a lot more information from Nintendo themselves, he went on to say:

"We have a number of 3DS titles in our line-up for next financial and calendar year. There's four or five existing franchises, one or two from the old Sega IP locker, and we're looking at one or two new IPs as well."

Although he never mentioned any clues or hints on what franchises it is that would be returning, it hasn't stopped fans from pondering if their old time favourite will be making a come back. What franchise would you like to see return? Leave us your thoughts below.
