In celebration of Pac-Man's 30th birthday Namco Bandai have announced that Pac-Man Party will be launched next month.
Pac-Man has evolved from a simple design choice to a worldwide icon and spawned dozens of games in his thirty year history. The Wii will play host to Pac-Man Party, a Mario Party like board game simulator, to celebrate the icon's 30th birthday.
Pac-Man Party features over 50 mini-games as well as numerous challenges and surprises and will utilise the Wii Remote to its full advantage when it is released on November 26th across Europe.
Pac-Man will be joined by newcomers Woofa, Patra and Roger across three different play modes including story mode, party mode and mini-game mode. In party mode players can develop properties on spaces they land on to improve their wealth but unlike Monopoly anyone who lands on that space has to fight with its owner!
The title will also give players the chance to play the original arcade versions of Pac-Man, Galaga and Dig-Dug too.
