Some students have found a way to play Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles without the use of Game Boy Advances, but it wasn't easy.

When Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles was released many people complained about the fact that you have to use Game Boy Advance consoles to play mutli-player.

Several students were so determined to overcome this that they have set up a rather expensive and roomy solution. The set up can be seen by clicking below.

It looks complicated at first but the set up is fairly logical. You have a "main" GameCube with a copy of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles in. Then you get four more GameCube consoles with GameBoy Players. You connect these to the "main" GameCube using Game Boy Advance cables. Then for each of the four GameCubes attach it to a TV and you can use a controller to play the game.

It is not likely that many people will do this, due to the measures they will have to undertake, but it is an interesting way around the old complaint.
