Pokemon turns ten, and they're touring the UK to celebrate. Dates and venues here.

Update: Nintendo have informed us that the tour will no longer be attending Cardiff, as originally planned. Instead, on the 28th and 29th you can find the event in Bristol, in The Mall in Cribbs Causeway.

If you're one of those "Pokemon fans" we've been hearing about, and you're a Brit, then you're in for a treat. The Pokémon 10th Anniversary tour began this weekend (cheers for the heads-up, PR peeps!) and will be visiting different major cities over the next two weeks. Here's the list:

Oct 14th/15th: West Quay - Southampton
Oct 21st/22nd: Trafford Centre - Manchester
Oct 23rd/24th: MetroCentre - Newcastle
Oct 26th/27th: Lakeside, Thurrock - Essex
Oct 28th/29th: The Mall, Cribbs Causeway - Bristol
Nov 4th/5th: Buchanan Galleries - Glasgow
Nov 11th/12th: thecentre:mk - Milton Keynes
Nov 18th/19th: The Bull Ring - Birmingham

At any of the events, you will be able to download new Pokemon and a version of Pokemon Link!, try out demos of the upcoming Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Trading Figure Game, play some actual trading cards games, and watch some franchise footage, including a screening of that wonderful first episode of the TV series (you know you remember it). Fun activities for the young 'uns too.
