News: Pokémon & Uno Available To Download

A brand new Pokémon game for WiiWare, and a raft of other downloadable goodness - details inside!
Arguably most notable this week is Pokémon Rumble, a fighting game which sees your favourite 'mons sent into battle against one another in real-time. Up to four players can get in on the action at once. Sounds weird, but we've been playing it and it's actually rather addictive. Beware the hefty 1500 Point price tag however!
Also on WiiWare this week is Hudson's Shootanto: Evolutionary Mayhem, a shooter of sorts where you begin as a monkey and evolve into a human as you progress to king of the jungle. You begin by attacking your adversaries with coconuts and poo(!), making your way up to gun. Isn't evolution great!? It's available for 500 Points
No Virtual Console releases this week, though notably the aforementioned Pokémon Rumble and the fantastic World of Goo have both now gotten demos added to the Wii Shop Channel for you to download for free. No excuses then!
Meanwhile on the DSiWare side of things, Nintendo's is giving you A Little Bit of All-Time Classics: Strategy Games for 500 Points, with Backgammon, Field Tactics, Turncoat, Connect Five and Grid Attack available from the DS original.
Also available for 500 Points is Uno from developers Gameloft. The classic card game can be played by up to four people, locally or online via Wi-Fi Connection.
Rounding things out is Army Defender, a 'defend your castle' sort of title, available for the very agreeable price of 200 Points. Also for 200 Points is MyNoteBook: Blue, a blue-coloured notebook app for the DSi from developers Nnooo. Apparently other colours will be launching in subsequent weeks.
Let us know what you're downloading this week. Have you started playing any of the WiiWare demos yet?
