A DS version of the popular God game has been announced!

Populous DS was revealed today by EA Japan at the EA Next conference in Japan. No details are known about the dual screen iteration of Peter Molyneux's classic except that it will allow up to 4 people in online multiplayer.

The previous Populous games had the player in the role of a God with the task of ruling over different civilizations. The latest in the series was Populous: The Beginning for the PC.
