Portuguese Nintendo fans rejoice as Portugal's Nintendo website, complete with Club Nintendo and more is up and running!

After years of poor treatment, Portugal now has a Nintendo to call their own. Well, they have to share it with Spain actually, with Nintendo Ibérica appearing to cover distribution in both countries.

Those in Europe's westernmost country might have noticed the increase in Nintendo related advertisement lately, as well as a Portuguese subtitled behind-the-scenes with Beyoncé Knowles on the Nintendo Channel, but as of yesterday you can head on to www.nintendo.pt to see the official Portuguese Nintendo website complete with translated "Iwata Asks" as well as many other things you'd expect to find on the official website.

Also worthy of note is that Club Nintendo is now working in Portugal too, so now you can redeem your stars instead of watching people from other countries get all the cool (as well as the not as cool) stuff.
