Nintendogs : Chihuahua & Friends

News: Pow-Wow With Miyamoto's Dog

Gamers will be able to meet Shigeru Miyamoto's Nintendog and even get a special voice message. Long gone are the days when dogs carried rabies and diseases it seems, instead they now bring you merry messages from dog-loving Japanese games makers.

Nintendo are treating Nintendogs fans to a rare treat, the chance to interact with Miyamoto's Nintendog Pip. However, back at E3 his dog was called Mario but we won't get into that, instead lets just enjoy the fact that you will be able to receive a very special gift from this dog - a voice message from Shigeru Miyamoto.

If you head on down to Woolworths at Lakeside Shopping Centre, Thurrock between Monday 24th and Saturday 29th October with your Nintendogs in "bark mode" you will be able to interact with Pip. If you can't make it down to Thurrock next week then there is no need to worry, as you will also have a chance to do exactly the same thing at the Discover Dogs show taking place at Earls Court Two next month.

On the 12th and 13th of November gamers will have the chance to meet Pip and even score some Nintendogs goodies in the process. If you don't own the game there is always the chance to enter a competition while there to win an exclusive Nintendogs prize pack. This will all be happening at Stand 64, whether this is a coincidence or not I don't know, but amusing none-the-less. So get your DS, your copy of Nintendogs and go meet Pip!
