Nintendo of Europe have finally confirmed Professor Layton: The Mysterious Village for a European release!

Level 5's critically acclaimed DS adventure title is finally making its way to Europe - and just in time for Christmas. Nintendo have today confirmed that the game will be released this November 7th.

The title will be branded as part of Nintendo's 'Touch Generations' range for the DS, reflecting how its point-and-click adventuring style is mixed with a heavy puzzle-solving focus that players must crack to continue the engaging story.

The title has sold over 700,000 units in Japan since its release in 2007, and occupied the DS chart's top spot in America for its first three weeks over the pond.
