Though the title will be released on PS2, Xbox, 360 and PC as well, Ubisoft might have a nice suprise for Wii owners...

Designed from the ground-up for the Wii, it appears other versions of Rayman Raving Rabbids may have to wait a bit longer for release. The Wii incarnation of the title with completely Wii-mote centric controls is all scheduled for release this holiday season, and Spanish gaming site MeriStation is now saying the title will be exclusive on Wii until May 2007.

This may make sense as the game has been built specifically for the Wii - meaning porting the title and re-working the controls for other platforms may take some extra time. We'll keep you posted.
