Reggie Fils-Aime recently talked the popularity of both the Wii and 360, from a sales perspective, of course.

Nintendo of America Boss Reggie Fils-Aime recently went on the record to talk about the popularity of the Wii and its rivals within Europe.

At this present moment in time, the PS3 is still unreleased in Europe, meaning that the only next generation rival for the Wii is the Xbox360. According to Reggie, apart from the UK, the 360 is not being received well in other European countries.

"360 is selling well only in one country: UK," he said. "Across the rest of Europe, it is not performing well. Wii on the other hand, is selling exceptionally well all through Europe."

We wonder what Microsoft have to say about this. They have yet to reveal specific sales figures in Europe, but the overall tally of 360 units is set to reach 12 million by June of this year.
