News: Reggie Not Pleased By Retailer Bundles

Retailers bundling Wii consoles is bad for consumers and Nintendo this Christmas, says NoA president.
Nintendo of America's chief Reggie Fils-Aime has said that the company is displeased with retailers only selling Wii consoles as part of bundles - meaning shops can jack prices by including bundled in extras which consumers may not want or need.
In response, Reggie has said that: "retailers have already been given feedback that we are not big fans of that. We think it masks some of the price advantage we have versus our competition and, frankly, the consumer should decide what they want."
N-Europe fully agrees, and with a second Christmas full of Wii shortages (to a lesser extent, DS Lite shortages as well), we here at N-Europe HQ recommend purchasing a Wii out of a bundle if at all possible - to ensure you get the best value for your money this holiday season.
