The intro tells you the begin of the story, that nothing has been heard from the lab, and that two investigators and a resque team have been send to see what's going on.

Now the main site is best, cause there you can look at the floorplans of the mansion, and check out pics of the rooms. Also, there's a big tour through mansion, that lasts about one and a half minutes
