News: Return of Camp Hyrule
Posted 02 Aug 2002 at 06:07 by Gerben
Tbhis annual camp started back in the 1990s, and this year it will be its 8th anniversary. Usually only a limited amount of 'campers' was allowed, but this year the number of registrants will be unlimited.
So what's this all about exactly? Basically, it's a week long of chatting with other Nintendo fans from all around the world, but Nintendo also holds chat sessions with important people. For example, two years ago you could chat with Kenn Lobb. This former NOA's executive producer of Banjo-Tooie, Mickey's Speedway USA, Perfect Dark and many other titles discussed what it's like to work on the greatest games in the industry.
Besides that, you can play cool Nintendo flash games.
Camp Hyrule takes place from August 19th to the 23rd. Registration is from August 6th to the 8th. You will be able to register through the website http://www.camphyrule.com. This website isn't online yet, but will probably air within the next couple of days.
We'll keep you updated!
