Tetsuya Mizuguchi just announced he's creating a new game for Wii...

Tetsuya Mizuguchi, founder of Q Entertainment and known for his unique music based games such as Space Channel 5, Rez, Lumines, Meteos and Every Extended Extra, has just announced at the London Atari event that he's working on a new game for Wii.

Unfortunately he didn't show anything other than the name of the game, QJ, and its logo. The name and Mr. Mizuguchi's previous track record suggests that this one is also a music game, and it's definitely good to hear that yet another esteemed developer has cottoned on to the success of the Wii.

No date was announced for the project, but we can expect to hear something at some point next year.
