News: Robotech Date Unveiled

TDK has announced the release date for Robotech!

TDK Mediactive today announced the European release dates for its titles to be published under the Robotech license.

"Robotech: Battlecry" is based on one of the most popular animated science fiction series, which combined giant transforming robots with compelling sci-fi narratives. Produced by Harmony Gold, the Robotech television series exposed many fans to Japanese Animation for the very first time, and after 17 years from its first airing in 1985 continues to maintain global fan support with continued broadcast in numerous countries worldwide.

"Robotech: Battlecry" will be released on the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox video game system from Microsoft and the Nintendo GameCube video game system on February 14th 2003, whilst the Game Boy Advance saw the release of "Robotech: The Macross Saga" on November 15th 2002.
