Rock Band 2 finally gets an European release date! Head inside to know when it comes out...

North American gamers have had Rock Band 2 on their hands for quite a while, but EA finally set April 20 as a release date for the Wii version of Rock Band 2 software priced at �39.99.

Meanwhile, instrument prices dropped with Stand alone guitars retailing at �39.99, drums for �49.99 and an "Instrument Edition" including drums, guitar and microphone for �89.99. Buying the "Instrument Edition" together with Rock Band will cost you �109.99.

Rock Band 2, developed by Harmonix comes with a setlist of 84 songs with various tracks available for download featuring bands like Motorhead, Metallica, Kansas, Foo Fighters and Dream Theater among many others.
