News: Rock Band Out September 12th In UK

Here we go! We're finally rocking all over the world, as EA announce the final release dates for Rock Band in Europe.
There were a few reports earlier this month which seemed to suggest that Rock Band would be out at the end of September. EA have stepped in with an official press release, revealing exactly when we'll be rocking out in the hallowed continent of Europe.
The UK will be receiving Rock Band next Friday (September 12th), followed by France on the 19th. The game will be launching in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Luxembourg on September 26th, with Spain seeing an October 3rd release.
The Instrument Edition of Rock Band will be available for �139.99/�109.99 on the Wii, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3, with the Xbox 360 version also seeing a drop to this price point (however, you can head over to Play.com to grab the set for �99.99). Rock Band Song Pack Vol. 1, a collection of the downloadable content on the PS3 and 360 versions of the game, will also launch with Rock Band.
EA also confirmed that the following tracks will be exclusive to the European version of Rock Band:

- Oasis - Rock 'n' Roll Star (English)
- Tokio Hotel - Monsoon (English)
- Muse - Hysteria (English)
- Les Wampas - Manu Chao (French)
- Playmo - New Wave (French)
- Die Toten Hosen - Hier Kommt Alex (German)
- Juli - Perfekte Welle (German)
- H-Block X - Countdown to Insanity (German)
