We've got brand new shots from Rune Factory inside - and its looking awesome!

When Marvelous Interactive revealed it was going to tweak the standard Harvest Moon formula - one which, to be fair, has got pretty stale over the many, many incarnations of the game - we were delighted. Mixing traditional RPG elements with that of the usual HM fare - crop growing, wife finding etc. - the developers look like they have a potential hit on their hands.

This time round you'll be capturing monsters and raising them on your farm so you can then add them to your party! Wi-Fi Connection support is confirmed, though what it will entail is at this time still sketchy.

The graphics remind us slightly of Golden Sun (and that's no bad thing), but updated for the DS' technology. They may only be small screenshots, but we now can't wait to see the game in motion.
