Telltale Games' hilarious rabbit and dog duo will be returning to wreak havoc on the PC once again in 2009, with potential console releases to follow...

Telltale Games are currently working hard to bring Sam & Max Season 1 to the Wii at retail whilst creating a new gaming IP, Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People (also known as SBCG4AP), which will be available in episodic downloads on WiiWare and the PC from next month. But it looks like the talented point-and-click team are already looking to the future, as they've just confirmed that Sam & Max Season 3 will be released in episodic portions in early 2009.

Telltale have previously said that the Wii's storage issues means that future simultaneous WiiWare and PC releases of Sam & Max episodes are out of the question, but there's nothing to stop them from releasing full seasons of the detective duo's adventures at retail for the Wii.
