Now unleashed upon the clamouring Japanese public, the DSi's "Shop Channel" equivalent is ready for action and already functioning. DSi owners are now able to use the Channel to download their DSi's web browser, via a process that will look very similar indeed to Wii owners.

Yep, it even has a re-jigged version of the Wii Shop Channel muzak...

The DSi will be launching in Europe and the US by summer 2009.
