News: Sega-Sammy Merger Canned

The merger between Sega and Sammy will no longer be taking place, as of October.
Sega have stated that they no longer wish to merge with Sammy because of reconstruction problem that have been very difficult for them to undertake. Sega Corporation's President, Hideki Sato, that a difference in philosophy caused a rift between the two companies.
