German developer Shin'en has revealed its next project - a seemingly F-Zero-inflected futuristic racer for WiiWare. FAST - Racing League is set in the year 2112, and looks to promise blisteringly-fast (and pretty) racing action.

As well as a single-player campaign, FAST will feature split-screen multiplayer for up to four players and a range of 24 side challenges. Shin'en have gained critical acclaim already on WiiWare for their 2010 titles Art of Balance and Jett Rocket. The studio also developed Nanostray and its sequel on DS.

FAST is yet to be dated or priced. Stick with N-Europe for more info in the near future.
