Shrek 2: The Game is released next month in America, so Activision have released media for the game.

Not much was known about Shrek 2: The Game until recently. We now know that the storyline of the game involves Shrek setting out to meet the parents-in-law and all the problems of getting there.

The game promises the ability to play as one of 10 characters, in single player or co-op mode, over 12 fairytale levels.

You must work as a team, using individual abilities to overcome obstacles in your way. While you can only play as one character in single player you can change between them.

There will be times however, aptly named 'Hero Times', when you must prove your worth. Donkey for instance must run away from a Dragon and chase Fiona who is in a carriage.
