EA have announced today that Sims 3 will be headed to Wii, PS3, 360 and DS, launching this Autumn. Released already on the PC and Mac, the title was the best-selling PC game of 2009.

EA is getting down with da kidz in some new features for Sims 3, which include unlockable "Karma Powers" to instantly control their Sim, help them "get lucky," bless 'em with "instant beauty" or curse them with an "epic fail". Oh EA, lol...

While PS3 and 360 platforms get better online content and sharing possibilities with friends playing the game too, the Wii version gets an exclusive "all-year beach town with unique new residents, features, careers and lifetime wishes." There's also multiplayer possibilities allowing you to go head-to-head in the new "Life Moments" game to earn rewards.

The DS version meanwhile allows players to sculpt their Sims' faces via the stylus, a must for all budding plastic surgeons out there, along with expanded gameplay to bring the DS versin more up to scratch with its bigger console brothers.
