Japan-only N64 game Sin & Punishment will finally be getting a PAL release on the Virtual Console...

Treasure's Japan-only shooting game, Sin & Punishment Successor To The Earth will be getting a PAL release - it has been rated M by Australia's rating board, the OFLC. Most Virtual Console games (except the Turbograpx) get released at the same time in Europe and Australia, so an European release is likely.

Sin & Punishment is a unique 3rd person on-rails shooter. Movement through the level is automatic, and the player has to shoot, sidestep, roll, jump and double-jump to make their way through levels. You can change between manual aiming and lock-on at any time - with locked-on shots doing less damage than manual aiming. You also have a sword at your disposal to kill enemies that get close to you or rebound projectiles.
