If you thought the minigames of the first Super Monkey Ball were crazy, just wait until you get your hands on the sequel. New mingames planned are:

Monkey Boat Race
Monkey Shot
Monkey Dog Fight
Monkey Tennis
Monkey Baseball
Monkey Soccer

Monkey Boat Race could be anything. My guess is something to do with tilting your boat so your monkey-in-a-ball can swerve the boat in a certian direction, or push the front to make it go faster and the back to slow it down. No doubt you'd have a variety of power-ups at your disposal much like the original minigames, and maybe you'll have to fight against violent rapids and the like.

Monkey Shot is pretty obvious. Much like Target, you'll probably be sending your monkey through the air, but out of a cannon this time. I would think there'd be a number of huge targets suspended in mid-air, with you having to score high points. This will be as hilarious as Target.

Monkey Dog Fight is a mystery to me. The name suggests something similar to Monkey Fight, but "Dog Fight". Maybe huge, sharp teeth will be attached to your ball and you have to compete in the same way as Fight. Who knows really. Sounds violent though.

Monkey Tennis will most likely be a somewhat 3D rendition of Pong. It couldn't be a normal tennis game, as it would be too complex when flying through 3D air. Although I think it will take a simialr form to Pomg, expect huge, gorgeous, complex arenas with a bat for each player for their monkey. Or it could turn out more like that Bricks game, where your monkey has to hit certain objects, for points maybe.

Monkey Baseball will most likely have you being the baseball as it is thrown by the pitcher, with you having to strike them out by putting curves and the like on the ball. It's not really clear what this involves though.

Monkey Soccer will probably be like that football game in Banjo-Tooie, simplifying the game down to a net for each player and them having to tilt their ball into another persons net maybe? With obstacles in the arena preventing goals?

Remember all that has been confirmed is the minigames, this is all just my thoughts on what they could end up being like.
