The GBA SP has sold over a million units. Surprisingly, it's not to do with Nintendo's brilliant advertising strategy...

The GBA SP, released over here on March 28th, has now sold over one million units, making for a very pleased Nintendo. Figures in Japan and the US have also exceeded one million.

In celebration of hitting the big 1000,000, Nintendo are releasing, as you probably already know, new Flame Red and Arctic Blue SPs, which will be released over here on October 24th.
