Ubisoft announce Sam Fisher is ready for his DS debut... And we've got the mission details inside.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory will hit the stores in Europe in less than four weeks, so here's what you need to know. For the first time, this handheld port will be in full, gorgeous 3D rather than side-scrolling 2D, and will fully take advantage of the DS' capabilities.
It features all the new moves and gadgets of the console versions of the game, along with the new (and apparently exclusive) SWAT TURN move.
The touch screen is used for players to quickly manage the inventory, choose between the three vision modes and to maneuver the camera around for a better view of your surroundings.
Multiplayer is made availiable via the DS' wi-fi communication, and two modes are availiable. Get a mate to join you in two-player co-operative mode, which has five levels to explore either as via Assault or Hacker. The second multiplayer mode is Versus, which allows up to four players to battle it out over seven maps. This mode places you either as part of the Shadownet Spies or the Argus Mercenaries.
Look out for this title when it hits the shelves at the end of the month.
