Wrestling superstar Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson star as Alec Sects, a former F-15 pilot employed by International Espionage Services as a member of the Spy Hunter team.

Daybreak Productions president Chuck Gordon and Prime Universe Productions president Adrian Askarieh, who will serve as producers of the film, are seeking a writer and director to get the spy pic in motion. Universal beat out two other studios for rights to the spy franchise.

"We're going to draw from the spirit of the next-generation game, but tailor the game to the Rock and his unique personality," Gordon said. "We'll bring the Interceptor car and all the cool vehicles and spy gadgets from the game to the big screen in a $100 million movie."

Don't expect the movie to hit the cinemas soon because they are still looking for a director and a writer.
