News: Street Racing Syndicate Not Cancelled *

Namco contacted Nintendophiles this morning informing them of something surprising. Street Racing Syndicate will not be coming to the GameCube.
Until now it was believed that Namco's game Street Racing Syndicate was coming to the GameCube, but now it seems that the game will in fact be heading to PS2 and Xbox only.
"SRS will be available for PS2 and Xbox, not the GameCube" was the official, all be it brief, statement Namco gave.
The title was similar to Need for Speed: Underground which has been selling well on all consoles since it's release late last year.
Update: SRS Not CannedNamco rectified its statement and assured us Street Racing Syndicate will still hit the GameCube after all. Phew!
