Telltale Games have confirmed that Episode 2 of Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People, Strong Badia the Free, will be out on Monday in the US.

Telltale Games, famed for the wonderful Sam & Max series of episodic point-and-click adventures on the PC (and soon to be on the Wii), released their first WiiWare game last month. Homestar Ruiner, which was a part of the new episodic series Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People (based on the Homestarrunner.com Flash cartoons), was a brilliantly funny point-and-click adventure which saw you decapitating a biodegradable statue, trapping a monarch in an underground network made by a race of bloodthirsty mole-people and crippling a conga line of squatters.

The second installment in the series, Strong Badia the Free, has been confirmed for a release in the US on September 15th (next Monday). When Strong Bad is placed under house arrest for failing to obey a new email tax, General Flexmypecs (Strong Bad's pet name for himself) must find a way to escape and lead the new, independant nation of Strong Badia into battle against the villainous dictator of Free County, USA - the King of Town.

Your journey will not be easy. To unite the warring factions of Free County, you will have to decipher the gibberish babblings of the mysterious Homsar, reunite a special faction of hardened soldiers and defeat a fearsome creature spoken of only in legend...

No release date has been confirmed for Europe yet, though we should be seeing Strong Bad again this month.
