Virtual Console: Super Mario RPG GET! Need we say more?

Finally! After 12 years of waiting. After 12 long years of wishing this game came to Europe, we can now finally play it via the Virtual Console!

If you've been living under a rock for the past 12 years or don't know what Super Mario RPG is about, let us englighten you:

Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars came towards the end of the Super Nintendo era. Seen as the pinnacle of Nintendo and Square's relationship, the title was developed by Squaresoft's best RPG teams yet was carefully overseen by Shigeru Miyamoto. The title was unique at the time as a hybrid adventure/role-playing game, with more humour than traditionally expected from an RPG.

Needless to say, the title was a smash hit in both Japan and the USA and has since gone on to become quite the collectors item. The game never saw a European release - yet finally, this has now changed. Via the Virtual Console you can now experience what is truly a unique twist on the Mario universe - without leaving the country or paying a fortune for the pleasure!
