News: Super Pokémon Scramble Announced for 3DS

Sequel to the Wiiware title to arrive on 3DS coming in July in Japan

It has been revealed that the new Pokémon game previously teased by Corocoro is Super Pokémon Scramble, which will be released on 3DS. The game, which is being developed by Ambrella, is a sequel to Pokémon Rumble (Pokémon Scramble in Japan) which was released in 2009 on Wiiware, in which the player controlled a wind-up Pokémon which battled other wind-up Pokémon in various arenas in order to collect 'em all.

The 3DS title has been confirmed to include all the new Pokémon from Black and White Versions, and will feature single-player and two-player local multiplayer modes, however Wi-Fi play has not yet been confirmed. It is currently scheduled to be released in Japan on 28 July. Check out the gallery for the first couple of screenshots.
