Reuters has reported that Swing! have requested for bankrupcy on Tuesday.

Apparently Swing! have been unable to pay money that they are owe so now they are classed as bankrupt.

Swing! were currently the European publisher of Enclave and Shadowbane but the status of those deals remains unclear at this time.

Swing! was also publishing Animaniacs: Hollywood Hijinx, Hidden Invasion and The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas for the Gamecube and it is unkown what the status of these games are.
