News: Take Two Get Cartoon License

Take Two Interactive and Cartoon Network announced an alliance today- with one aim- to bring the network's licenses to games consoles across the world. Click on.

Cartoon Network's portfolio of square-eye-inducing cartoons will soon be brought to life on a console near you, thanks to Take Two Interactive. The two companies announced their alliance today- which allows Take Two to access and utilise all of the network's franchises. The games will be aimed at children below the age of ten- with the first franchise to be utilised being Codename: Kid's Next Door. Other potential cartoon-to-license conversions could include everyone's fringe-toting loser (Sorry, I had to break it to you) Johnny Bravo and crazy-trio Ed, Edd and Eddie.

However, the games are stated to be multi-platform- so it is not set in stone that the titles will appear on the GameCube.
